Marketing Communications Notice
Telemedicine Partners LLC (Florida) d/b/a FadeMD (“FadeMD,” “we,” “us”) may send emails from @fademd.com that include:

1) Service/Operational Messages

We may send messages necessary to provide the Services, such as account notices, appointment information, support communications, security/verification messages, and other transactional or administrative communications. You may not be able to opt out of certain operational messages without impacting your use of the Services.

2) Promotional/Marketing Messages (Optional)

With your permission (and where permitted by law), we may send promotional emails about:

• FadeMD products, services, and offers;
• products or services offered by third-party healthcare, wellness, or treatment providers; and/or
• promotions, discounts, or offers from third-party retailers, including dispensaries/cannabis retailers, where legally permitted.

No sale of PHI; no sharing of PHI for third-party marketing

FadeMD does not sell your protected health information (“PHI”). FadeMD also does not disclose your PHI to third parties for their own marketing. Promotional emails described above are sent by FadeMD.

HIPAA marketing compliance

To the extent any promotional email constitutes “marketing” under applicable law (including HIPAA), FadeMD will send such emails only with any required authorization/consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

How we use your information for marketing emails

If you opt in (or otherwise authorize, as required), we may use limited contact information (such as your name and email address) to send you promotional emails from FadeMD.

Opt-out

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or by contacting us at info@fademd.com. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect your ability to receive operational/service messages.
